Join WSP’s Rail Systems Engineering team as a Senior Systems Requirements Engineer, where you’ll play a critical role in shaping a major urban rail extension in the GTA.
Your Impact
- Lead systems requirements management activities for a major urban rail extension project, ensuring alignment across design, delivery, and stakeholder teams
- Administer and govern the requirements repository in IBM DOORS Next Generation (NG), maintaining configuration control and end‑to‑end traceability
- Analyze, decompose, allocate, and trace requirements across multiple engineering disciplines and design phases
- Ensure requirements remain aligned with the Project Agreement, scope, cost, and schedule throughout the project lifecycle
