Apotex is seeking a Senior System Administrator to manage system administration duties within the Global Information Systems department. Your expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, SCCM, and VMware will support compliance and configuration for critical systems. With a focus on customer service, you’ll lead projects, handle escalations, and develop comprehensive documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide end-user support for computer systems
• Conduct audits for hardware and software compliance
• Develop operating-system configuration databases
• Implement OS enhancements for better performance
• Act as a technical lead on selected projects
Requirements:
• 7–8 years in customer service roles
