Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist

Join our team in Nashville, TN. You will function as a member of a cardiac surgical team, assisting physicians and nurses in the operating room during complex cardiac procedures. You will prepare the operating room, sterilize and manage instrumentation, maintain sterile technique, and support the surgical team to promote patient safety and efficient workflow.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or equivalent CVOR certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a certified CVOR technologist in a cardiac surgical environment.
• Experience with cardiac operating room procedures, including open and robotic cardiac surgery.
• Familiarity with cardiac surgical instrumentation, heart/lung machine setup support, and intraoperative sterile processing. ...
