- Provide end-to-end support (L1–L3) for Veeva RIM and Veeva SafetyDocs platforms, including issue diagnosis, resolution tracking, and proactive system monitoring.
- Veeva API: Collaborated with the BOT development team to provide Veeva RIM API endpoints to facilitate automation and system integration.
- Learning Management Coordinators: Contributed to the setup of the Veeva RIM Trainings module within the eLMS Quality Suite, enabling streamlined training compliance track.
- PleaseReview: Serve as a technical point of contact for both Standalone and Veeva-integrated PleaseReview applications, managing user access, configuration, and performance optimization and licenses management.
