As a Support Analyst L2, you will troubleshoot operational issues with the Warehouse Management System (WMS), manage configurations, support cloud solutions, monitor SQL performance, and maintain documentation. You bring expertise with Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle Databases, cloud services, Linux systems, supply chain technologies, and various hardware/software tools used in warehouse and distribution operations.
What a day in the life looks like:
- Troubleshoot business and operational issues associated with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ancillary software.
- Quantify issues and provide supporting data if issues are escalated to the ERP Vendor.
- Manage the WMS environments and migration of configurations between environments.
