Supply Chain Supervisor

岗位职责：

1、负责巴西供应链部门的管理，确保物料采购、生产计划、仓储及物流环节高效协同。

Responsible for managing the SCM department in Brazil plant, ensuring efficient coordination of material procurement, production planning, warehousing, and logistics.

2、主导供应商评估、谈判与合同签订，控制采购成本。

Lead supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract signing, and control procurement costs.

3、监控库存水平，优化库存周转率，减少呆滞物料。

Monitor inventory, optimize inventory turnover, and reduce idle materials.

4、与销售及生产等部门协调，确保销售预算达成及销售订单按时交付。

Coordinate with sales and production department to ensure sales budget achievement and on-time delivery of sales orders.

5、配合总部推动供应链数字化与流程优化，提升整体效率。

Cooperate with headquarter to drive supply chain digitalization and process optimization, improving overall efficiency.

任职要求

：1、本科及以上学历，5 年以上供应链管理工作经验，其中至少 3 年团队管理经验
