Supply Chain Operations Engineer (Manufacturing)

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Operations Engineer to join our Operations team within our Winnipeg Office.

This role is high‑impact and change‑focused , ideal for someone who thrives on improving how work gets done, challenging the status quo, and driving operational transformation across teams.

As the Supply Chain Operations Engineer, you will optimize manufacturing supply chain performance by designing, analyzing, and improving material flow, production planning, inventory, and scheduling systems across plants. You will bridge planning and execution while partnering closely with scheduling, logistics, manufacturing, and operations teams to implement sustainable improvements.
