Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.Track order status, dispatch details, and customer fulfilment metrics.Maintain dashboards for sales, inventory, and supply chain performance. Order Processing & Customer Coordination: Act as SPOC for Private Label team for customer order processing.Coordinate with operations, sales, logistics, finance team for timely order execution.Manage warehouse inventory dashboards. Update sales team on order status, dispatch schedules, and resolve basic queries. Supply Chain & Inventory Support: Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.Monitor inbound and outbound logistics data to identify bottlenecks.Assist in periodic stock audits and variance reporting.
