Supply Chain Analyst / Buyer
Job Description
Role Summary· The Supply Chain Analyst / Buyer is responsible for managing day-to-day procurement and supply planning activities to ensure product availability, inventory accuracy, and supplier performance.
· This role requires strong analytical capability, ownership mindset, and the ability to work effectively across functions in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
Core Responsibilities· Manage supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply and performance
· Create and manage purchase orders (POs) in SAP
· Monitor open orders and resolve delivery exceptions (late, short, or damaged shipments)
· Maintain inventory levels aligned to targets and business needs
· Analyze demand, supply, and inventory data to support decision-making
· Partner with suppliers on lead times, forecasts, and issue resolution
