- Take preliminary STD Cost files from the Tactical Analyst and finalize, using expertise and experience, by performing more detailed analysis of key data points, working with GSMs and the CSCM team.
- Work closely with the Account Manager to hand off and review the completed files, such that the Account Manager has a solid understanding of the file and reasoning behind it.
