Job Description
**Supplier Quality Engineer**
Responsible for ensuring supplier quality performance, driving continuous improvement, and managing supplier-related risks across the product lifecycle in a regulated environment.
**Your role:**
* Monitor supplier performance, analyze quality and delivery trends, and lead continuous improvement and supplier development initiatives to ensure consistent product quality throughout the product lifecycle.
* Lead investigations of defects and non‑conformances, determining supplier responsibility, conducting root cause analysis, and driving corrective and preventive actions through the SCAR process.
* Assess and manage Supplier Initiated Change Requests (SICRs), ensuring proper validation, risk assessment, and timely implementation aligned with quality and regulatory requirements.
