Support Procurement teams on Crisis Management (chronic part shortages, recovery plan, other)
Support Quality teams on Crisis Management (chronic rejections/NOE, quality issues, other)
Support Supplier Performance / Quality on supplier action plans, assessment and escalations, in the event of recurring performance deviations, until acceptable performance is reached
Ensure the consistency of initiated improvement actions with all supply chain stakeholders.
Provide supplier on-site support for SPM/SQE supplier action plans in the event of recurring performance deviations, until acceptable performance is reached
Assist SPM with onsite activities in support of recovery plan management, with line of balance management of shortages across multiple sites.
Support SPM to recover acceptable supplier performances by addressing action plan follow up through close relationship and visits to supplier site.
