Job Description

DUTIES
:As a Supervisory Business Resilience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the resilience of the United States Coast Guard (USCG) non-appropriated funded (NAF) programs. You will lead initiatives aimed at increasing sales, reducing inventory losses, and serving as the subject matter expert on business continuity and risk management. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare for and effectively respond to business disruptions to ensure the continuity and sustainability of operations. This position is located at a Coast Guard Exchange (CGX) field office, making you a vital member of the USCG civilian team. 
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Risk Management: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, investigate theft incidents, and provide training to employees within flagship CGX locations and other assigned areas. This includes addressing point of sale (POS) exceptions and implementing necessary mitigation actions.
