OE Utility Services is looking for a Supervisor, Operations for our Durham Regional Business Unit (RBU) to join our team. We are looking for someone who aligns to our core values of: be responsive, champion safety, do the right thing, and to respect eachother.

Reporting to the Manager, Durham Regional Business Unit, the Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day field operations within their assigned area. This role turns the daily plan into action by coordinating crews, equipment, and jobsites to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.

As a hands‑on leader, the Supervisor maintains a strong yard and field presence, supports Operators and Helpers through coaching and development, and acts as the face of OE on customer jobsites. This role plays a key part in safety leadership, crew performance, onboarding, and continuous improvement.
