Job Summary
Responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of the SFA (Special Feature Authorization) Mechanical Engineering Team objectives. Involved with the assessment of goals/objectives and the creation of solutions. Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals. Responsible for defining job responsibilities and delegating assignments to subordinates. Provides guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies. Identifies problems and updates or modifies working methods in own scope. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the team.
