Supervisor II, Production

This role is within Chamberlain Group's Nogales Manufacturing - Operations group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Plan and coordinate activities of a large team across multiple departments to comply with production and costs programs; Ensure all operating procedures and policies are executed properly, and (ii) Maintain an efficient operation; ensure alignment with the business operations or operational priorities (safety, quality, customer service, people, and cost). Requires 2 years of experience in production with a bachelor's degree; 7 years of production experience without a bachelor's degree and a minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as defined.
