• Lead daily operations of ticket sales and services
• Build and manage events in the Ticketmaster system
• Create and implement revenue-boosting promotions
• Handle ticket reconciliation and reporting
• Assist in resolving customer service challenges
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of Box Office supervisory experience
• Proficient in Ticketmaster and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Must be licensed as per regulations
