As a leader, you will manage Analysts and ensure compliance with established rebate processes that directly affect dealer contracts and profitability. Your strategic oversight will greatly contribute to financial accuracy and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a subject matter expert for rebate processes
• Monitor daily rebate activities and team performance
• Resolve rebate-related issues with cross-functional partners
• Review accruals and provide variance explanations
• Update standard operating procedures for rebates
Requirements:
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• 3-5 years of experience in rebate management
