Supervisor, Food And Beverage Processing

This position requires a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and involves supervising more than 20 workers in an outdoor, noisy, wet/damp environment.

Responsibilities

• Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
• Prepare production and other reports.
• Supervise, co‑ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and co‑ordinate work activities with other work units.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Co‑ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers.

Requirements & Qualifications
