**SUMMARY OF POSITION**:

The Production Supervisor shall be responsible for health, safety and environmental aspects of the work environment, product quality, production attainment, training, performance and corrective action of assigned team.
He/she will be responsible for leading and directing a multi-functional team engaged in the manufacture and delivery of company products.
The Production Supervisor will promote total employee involvement through team building and accountability, training and skill development, safety and quality focus, on time delivery of product, and continuous improvement activities, resulting in overall customer satisfaction.
Additionally, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for the facilitation, implementation and operation of the World Class Manufacturing Cadence.
