Job Description
Position objective: The maintenance supervisor will be responsible to manage the maintenance technical team under his responsibility.
The main objective is to maintain the equipment available for the operation and keep their maintenance up to date through the correct execution of the planned maintenance, corrective maintenance, analyze the root cause and he should supervise all activities of their technicians, all activities with our standard of EHS.
The supervisor must also ensure full compliance with the objectives set by the company and/or Department.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance.
Supervisor to all activities of his technicians.
Lead a team working in order to analyze issues at the equipment.
Constant communication with the planning leader to document the maintenance, taking into consideration the improvement and activities in the GTI.
Ensure compliance with the department's KPIs.
