Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Supervision of laboratory activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality of deliverables.
- Management of quality indicators, cost, and operational performance.
- Coordination of audits and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 17025 and other certifications.
- Ensuring calibration, maintenance and availability of equipment and supplies.
- Leading training and development of the team.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental, and applicable legislation.
- Investigating customer complaints and supporting corrective and preventive actions.
- Higher education in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food or related fields.
- Experience in laboratory management and leadership of teams.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 17025.
