**_**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree (3rd semester)- **English level C1-C2 (Interview is in English)**:- Advanced Excel- 2 recent and verifiable years as a Collections Team Leader with more than 30 days past due.
- Experience in collections (leading teams and managing accounts) of financial products (Short-term credit collections (Fintech), TDC, Short-term Microloans).
- Use of predictive dialer- Use of CRM- Training and feedback to teams (approx. 15 people)- Automated collection tools- Collections related KPI reports- Collections scripts- Knowledge of customer collections**We offer**:- **Rotated schedule**:8:00am to 3:30pm and from 1:30 to 8:00pm with one hour of food.
