We are accepting applications from CVRD CUPE Local 556 members only for a seven-month, full-time term , Supervisor - Comox Valley Waste Management Centre - Solid Waste Services position to join our team, from June to December 2026 or upon return of the incumbent.

Reporting to the Manager of CSWM Operations, the primary responsibilities of this role include:

• Scheduling, directing, supervising, training and development of staff. Creating and implementing operator competencies in accordance with industry standards.
• Implementing the Comox Valley Regional District Occupational Health and Safety Program within their assigned operations, with support from the Occupational Health and Safety Advisor, while promoting a strong safety culture.
