Supervisor and Welder

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Supervisor & Welder to join industrial and manufacturing environments in Finland. This role combines advanced welding tasks with leadership responsibilities, focusing on quality, reporting, and successful completion of projects (40% of welding tasks and 60% of supervising tasks).

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in welding (MIG/MAG, FCAW or TIG)
• Previous experience in team leadership or similar role
• Strong understanding of welding quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good leadership and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• English language skills sufficient for workplace communication
• Willingness to work in shifts if required
• At least High‑school graduate
