The Infrastructure, Transportation & Parks Department requires a regular full-time Supervisor 1 - Sewer. Reporting to the Section Manager of Utilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Supervisor 2 in the planning and assigning of work of a small group of subordinates engaged in Sewer construction and maintenance tasks such as maintenance and repair of Wastewater/Storm systems and facilities, coordinating and directing the work of truck drivers and equipment operators, and external contractors. A thorough knowledge of the methods, practices, procedures and materials, tools and equipment used in municipal Sewer - Storm/utilities operations, maintenance and construction operations is required while ensuring performance standards, specifications and safety procedures are met.
