Enhance the well-being of Paramedic Services staff as a Superintendent of Health and Wellness in the City of Kawartha Lakes. Oversee innovative programs that foster physical and mental health.
This full-time permanent role involves developing and implementing wellness initiatives for Paramedic Services staff. You will support strategic objectives, promote a safe workplace, and enhance overall staff resiliency. Key functions include leading infection control initiatives, facilitating return-to-work processes, and analyzing events to improve workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead wellness programs and training for paramedic staff
• Monitor program effectiveness to enhance staff resiliency
• Support recruitment initiatives with Operations and People Services
• Oversee the Infection Prevention and Control program
