Requirements
Language: English (spoken and written) and French is an asset.
Education: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Master’s degree is an asset.
Experience: 5 – 7 years experience in IT with at least 3 in a leadership role.
Strong understanding in change management, cybersecurity, and audit practices.
Strong leadership skills and team management skills.
Proficiency in project management software, IT service management tools, and productivity suites.

Supervise direct reports, providing guidance and support for daily operations.
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment, ensuring the team meets performance goals.
