We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing, tenant relations, administration, maintaining cleanliness and minor maintenance. Enduring that facilities meet high standards of hygiene and appearance is a priority. This role is essential for creating a welcoming and safe atmosphere for tenants, contractors, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Leasing, scheduling rental viewing.
- Building administration, including tenant matters and delivering notices.
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Respond promptly to emergencies as they arise.
- Minor maintenance repairs both directed from the property manager or via tenant request.
