Job Description

This summer role is under the supervision of the Guest Services Supervisor. You will answer the switchboard, greet guests, and provide information about events and promotions. Ticketing support for onsite events and effective communication with operational departments are also key responsibilities in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer guest services switchboard and redirect calls
• Greet guests and provide information on services
• Promote and manage the Elements Rewards Loyalty program
• Assist in executing onsite events and promotions
• Resolve guest issues and communicate effectively
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience
• Familiarity with gaming preferred
• Ability to obtain a Gaming License
