Lions Sports Academy runs high-quality residential sports camps at some of the UK's most impressive boarding school venues. We’re looking for an outstanding Camp Manager to take full on‑site ownership at some of our summer programmes across rugby, cricket, and hockey at various sites throughout the summer holidays.

This isn’t just a coaching role. You’ll be the on‑site leader—managing staff, owning safeguarding as DSL, and ensuring every camp runs to the Lions standard.

How the Week Works

Each week runs a single 3-day, 2-night residential camp. The remaining days are kept as light preparation time—giving you the space to properly brief your team, review logistics, and ensure you’re fully ready to deliver the camp...
