As the Head Counsellor, you will provide guidance to Group Counsellors while delivering dynamic programming that includes sports, arts, and more. Your role encompasses overseeing camper safety, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring compliance with all operational standards. Engage families and support staff to create a thriving camp community.
