Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain business performance dashboards
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for talent
• Assist in the execution of performance reviews for staff
• Help prepare materials for leadership meetings
• Drive special projects as dictated by priorities
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of relevant operational experience
• Strong analytical and data presentation abilities
• Superior written communication skills
