About The Project
Cross Fraser Partnership (CFP) is a general partnership between Bouygues Construction Canada Inc., Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas Canada Ltd., and Pomerleau BC Inc., selected to deliver a new, eight-lane immersed tube tunnel replacing the existing George Massey Tunnel on Highway 99. The project will include three vehicle lanes and a dedicated transit lane in each direction, plus a separated active transportation corridor for cyclists and pedestrians.
Position Overview
The Subcontract Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of project subcontracts for the CFP project, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, effective change control, and strong commercial management. Acting as the key liaison between subcontractors and the project team, the Subcontract Manager provides expert advice on risks, claims, and opportunities, safeguarding the project’s financial and commercial outcomes.
