Oversee subcontracting activities for satellite systems as a dedicated Subcontract Manager. Drive supplier selection, contract negotiations, and operational performance for successful program delivery.
As part of the satellite systems team, you will manage the end-to-end subcontracting process. This includes supporting cross-functional negotiations, maintaining supplier compliance, and leading performance evaluations to meet specific program goals. You'll also implement continuous improvement strategies to align all parties with program objectives effectively.
