As a Resident Advisor (RA), you will be a crucial part of the Residence Life Department, helping students transition to their new environment. Living in the residence, you will facilitate social and educational programming while upholding community living standards. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude towards student well-being are necessary for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and evaluate social and educational events monthly
• Maintain a safe and supportive atmosphere for residents
• Serve as a role model and resource for residents
