Lead strategic initiatives remotely as the Implementation Lead for Alberta’s Family Caregivers Strategy. Influence key sectors to create a coordinated caregiver-centered approach.
In this fully remote role, you will spearhead the Innovating Integrated Supports initiative under Dr. Jasneet Parmar at the University of Alberta. Your leadership will focus on aligning and integrating health care services, including acute and primary care, to provide effective support for family caregivers. You will be accountable for translating strategic plans into actionable efforts that foster collaboration across various sectors.
