Open to any qualified candidate JOB PURPOSE Supports CNO’s senior leadership team, board of directors and committees in developing, coordinating, and implementing strategic projects, initiatives and evidence informed strategic plans by leveraging knowledge, skills, and experience to promote safe nursing practice, while considering emerging trends and opportunities for innovation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Consults partners/parties across the organization to develop and implement project plans (including scope, accountabilities, milestones, deliverables, risks, and mitigation strategies, change management, and evaluation) that support regulatory operations and strategic direction; establishes and facilitates cross-functional teams for initiatives; manages and reports on progress, budgets, results, and lessons learned.
