Qualitest seeks a strategic leader with rich experience (10+ years) in software testing and five years in team leadership. You will spearhead the development of a TCoE that aligns testing initiatives with organizational objectives, focusing heavily on automation and efficiency. Partnering with engineering and product teams will be critical to embedding quality early in the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement TCoE strategy and roadmap
• Establish testing governance and quality metrics
• Oversee automation framework design and implementation
• Introduce advanced AI testing capabilities
• Engage stakeholders for quality assurance alignment

• Extensive background in software testing/quality engineering (10+ years)
