Lead MTY's real estate efforts as a Strategic Real Estate Manager. Focus on negotiations and brand expansion while collaborating across teams in this rewarding position.
In this role, the Strategic Real Estate Manager will handle diverse leasing aspects for MTY, maintaining strong connections with landlords while exploring new opportunities. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of commercial real estate experience to succeed in negotiating contracts and ensuring proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate all aspects of real estate transactions
• Research and analyze market trends for site development
• Build and maintain relationships within the landlord community
• Represent MTY at various industry events
• Coordinate documentation with legal and franchising teams
Requirements:
• Three years of experience in commercial real estate
• Educational background or equivalent experience
