Drive impactful projects at NIC as a Strategic Projects Coordinator. Your role involves overseeing operations, policy development, and coordinating projects to fulfill the college's strategic objectives.
Reporting to the Director of Governance & Strategy, you will work closely with the Leadership Team. Key responsibilities include analyzing procedures, coordinating strategic reporting, and tracking project progress. Your ability to communicate effectively while prioritizing tasks will aid in achieving institutional success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement strategic reporting processes
• Prepare and distribute agendas and meeting minutes
• Research and draft reports and policy documents
• Collaborate with stakeholders on strategic initiatives
• Maintain official records and monitor project documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in an administrative support role
• Strong project management skills
