Oversee strategic procurement for construction-related categories ensuring alignment across teams while driving vendor performance. This leadership role focuses on equipment delivery and compliance with operational standards.
You'll guide category governance, managing vendor relationships and developing processes that optimize procurement workflows. Continuous improvement in budgeting and spending will be critical, along with cross-functional collaboration to meet strategic initiatives. Develop and lead a high-performing team, coaching and mentoring procurement specialists regularly.
