Enhance women’s economic empowerment as a full-time Strategic Planning and Organizational Development Advisor with INDECOS in Matara, Sri Lanka. Leverage your strategic planning and governance skills to maximize community impact.
This full-time role over 4 to 6 months invites Canadian citizens and permanent residents to support the Institute for Development of Community Strengths (INDECOS). You will help refine strategic plans, improve governance structures, and strengthen organizational systems for greater efficiency. The assignment also involves mentoring, partnership cultivation, and embedding gender equality across initiatives to boost organizational sustainability.
