As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will support the Technology and Procurement departments through strategic legal counsel on commercial agreements. Your role includes drafting, negotiating, and providing guidance on various complex agreements, including SaaS and outsourcing. You will also facilitate vendor risk assessments and collaborate with the Marketing Events team to streamline contract management.
