This leadership position involves guiding project execution, conducting reserve reviews, and establishing strategic assumptions to optimize results. You'll mentor junior team members and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that actuarial insights inform product development and financial reporting. A proficiency in SQL, Python, or R will be essential to drive operational innovation and analytical enhancements.
