Role Summary

Atul Bakery is seeking a Strategic HR Manager to lead people strategy, organiza onal development,

talent acquisi on, performance management, employee engagement, and HR process op miza on

across our retail and manufacturing opera ons.

Key Responsibili es

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objec ves.

Lead recruitment and workforce planning for retail, produc on, and corporate func ons.

Design performance management and employee development programs.

Drive employee engagement, reten on, and organiza onal culture ini a ves.

Establish HR policies, compliance frameworks, and best prac ces.

Partner with leadership on succession planning and organiza onal growth.

Monitor HR metrics and provide datadriven recommenda ons.

Candidate Profile

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
