Tree Island Steel is seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner for an 18-month contract in Richmond, BC. This position focuses on enhancing talent management and workforce planning.
In your role as HRBP, you will partner with business leaders to align HR practices with overall company goals. You will lead talent acquisition while enhancing employee engagement, labor relations, and training initiatives. Additionally, your insights from HR analytics will support strategy development and ensure organizational compliance.
