This General Counsel role offers an opportunity to become a trusted legal advisor to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors. You’ll oversee corporate governance, compliance, and legal matters while supporting growth initiatives and M&A activities. A background in technology or SaaS environments is highly preferred.
