Job Description
Shape the future of ministry as the Strategic Director of Training and Coaching. This fully remote position focuses on developing a comprehensive training and support system for staff across Canada in a meaningful, impactful way.
As a full-time Director, you will enhance the Momentum program by researching effective fundraising strategies and executing training initiatives. Collaborating with chapter leaders and the National Team, your strategic approach will improve Ministry Partner Development engagement. This role combines leadership, teaching, and innovative program development.
Key Responsibilities: • Audit and create a strategic plan for Momentum • Facilitate interactive training sessions for new staff • Provide ongoing coaching to support raising staff • Research funding diversification strategies • Build relationships with financial and prayer partners
