Job Description
Aspen Technology, Inc. is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) based in Mexico, Ciudad de México. The CSM will be responsible for building strong relationships with key decision-makers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a similar field, with experience in process industries and customer success.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and manage multi-million-dollar portfolios effectively. This opportunity includes travel up to 25%.
